My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large deck and water views this house is ideal for the family. A two minute walk to the beach. Fully self contained sleep out, fish cleaning area, shed and plenty of parking space. The space A full self contained sleep out with bathroom, kitchen, laundry and queen bed is available for that extra couple who would like privacy. A fish cleaning area is provided and shed space for parking and storage. Guest access All areas of house and yard, including large outdoor deck with bbq are available to tenants. Other things to note This property is a two minute walk to the beach. There is plenty of parking area for those with boats.
