Lovely double bedroom with comfortable bed and own Wi-Fi. Bright, quiet and walking distance to Holloway and Caledonian Road tubes. Camden, Islington, Kings X, Arsenal stadium all walkable or a short bus ride. The flat is ideal for somebody visiting London and needs a central base. I am happy to share my space with you but prefer visitors who go out and explore all the wonderful things to do. Not ideal for anybody who wants to work from here all day. Shower really good and hot. The space The flat is upside down, so the bedrooms are below the main living area. Upstairs is very bright and airy with a huge kitchen / diner and big sitting room. Downstairs is much more cosy. The bedroom that you will be staying in belongs to my teenage daughter who is away at boarding school, and the money from all the rental will go to her. The bed is very comfortable, there is a TV in your room and the shower is hot. The room has its own separate Wi-Fi network and the signal is usually very good. The space is not suitable for small children as I do not have a bath and there are many stairs. The stairwell up to the flat can be grim, especially in winter but the block is safe and friendly and the flat is wonderful once inside with great views over the trees and of the Arsenal stadium. You can cook here, although there are plenty of fantastic restaurants around and I highly recommend visiting as many of them as possible. I work from home like most of us at the moment but this may change so I may not be here much. Come and go as you please, I like guests who are very flexible and free moving like myself. I am very easy going. Guest access You will get your own room and free use of the bathroom, the kitchen the sitting room, both balconies and the upstairs loo. Basically the whole flat apart from my bedroom! During your stay I am happy to help with whatever you need. I have a great knowledge of the local area and London, having lived here my whole life. I love this area, there is so much going on. If you have any special requirements then please let me know and I can see what I can do. I am friendly but will keep to myself, I like guests who are friendly but have their own stuff to get on with and are here to enjoy and explore London. Other things to note The stairs may be a problem if you are older or have lots of luggage. The area is safe, but as always please be sensible late at night. This is a very quiet area and I do not encourage or have big loud parties in my house.
