Cosy double bedroom with private terrace in the heart of lovely Hanover in Brighton. Perfectly located to be a short walk to the seafront, train station and bus routes, beautiful Queens Park & the North Laine, renowned for its independent shops and cafes. The neighbourhood is a friendly residential area famous for its variety of pubs! We have more than 10 within a 5 minutes walk! The space A cute and cosy terraced house. The downstairs comprises a spacious open plan living space and kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and communal courtyard outside which is shared with our very friendly neighbours. The house is packed with character and charm. Guest access We are a friendly couple and we do love a chat. We don't allow cooking, apart from making hot drinks which we provide. However, ask us in advance if you have particular requirements and we might be able to be flexible. During your stay We have used AirBnB as guests extensively and have found the best hosts are those ready and willing to give advice, and provide a helping hand when necessary and willing to chat but yet are respectful of your space; that's what we aim to do! We often share a meal and a chat with guests if appropriate - but if you'd rather be left alone that's fine too! Definitely happy to help out with as much advice and recommendations on the local area as is needed...we have intimate knowledge of the local pubs and cafes! Other things to note PLEASE READ! We welcome small and medium sized dogs only, breeds that are not more than 10 kgs. You have to specify your dog's size/breed when sending the booking request. Stairs inside the house are very steep and the shared bathroom is downstairs. Also, the house is located on top of a hill so the walking back home from the centre of town and/or train station will include a last 8 minutes walk up a steep street.
