Very convenient location, and a fabulously made cozy and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and washrooms on the 16th floor. The view is but obvious really good. (All guests are required to submit their government issued photo ID proof such as Aadhar card or passport copy or OCI card for statutory compliance) The space Great views and newly made apartment with all luxury amenities including bathtub and shower panel in Master toilets. Amenities: (1) All 3 bedrooms are fitted with split AC. Spacious wardrobes are provided in all bedrooms for storage facility (2) Kitchen has 450 litre Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Aqua guard (Water Purifier), MGL Piped Gas with 3 burner gas stove with chimney, Toaster and Microwave. (3) Dry area and Wet area are separated in all 3 toilets. Toilets have WHB, Hands free WC, separate shower area in all toilets, one Master toilet has bathtub with Jacuzzi, another Master toilet has shower panel. Hand wash and bathing soap also provided. (4) Living room has five seater sofa, six seater dining table, TV, Wi-Fi. JIO broadband unlimited 100 mbps high speed data is available free. (5) Kitchen is equipped with utensils to cook food. (6) Bed sheets, Dohar/comforter, Towels and Napkins and replaced with fresh linens every 7 days. (7) Maid facility is available. Maid will come daily once in the morning at 11 am to sweep/mope the floor, clean the toilets and wash the utensils. (8) Kindly note that events, marriage functions, performing any kind of Puja, organising birthday parties, etc. is not allowed in my apartment. (9) Tourist vehicles, Ola, Uber taxis are not allowed to Park in the building premises as per building society rules. Guest access The entire home is yours. Only registered Guests will be allowed access to the Apartment. Guests will require to provide photo & address Identity proof such as scan copy of passport or OCI or Aadhar card or Government issued valid ID for statutory compliance. Kindly observe the Society rules and cooperate. Other things to note Smoking is allowed only in the Balcony of Living room with decency that no Ash and Cigarette butts are thrown out of the Balcony down below. Kindly note that events, marriage functions, performing any kind of Puja, organising birthday parties, etc. is not allowed in my apartment.
