THE ARCH OF FOUR WINDS

Our house is located in a village by the sea called Torre. It is about a 15-minute walk from the city center and the sea. Accommodates up to four people. It is well furnished and offers all the (website hidden) parking at the price of €10 per day by reservation. The space Our apartment is situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps two people. You will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Minori and Maiori. It is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a panoramic shared terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio, air conditioning and winter heating. You will be at a short distance from the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Minori beach) at 650 meters (approximately 710 yards). You will reach our apartment from the street level along a short route that includes approximately 40 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at our apartment, If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Guest access Terrace The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Minori and Maiori. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. Patio The patio is 4 square meters (43 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. Living Room The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level. The furnishings include an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing three steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has two double-glazed windows with a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea Bathroom The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. The bathroom has a double-glazed window.
