"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house. The space What makes the "PODERACCIO" unique is its splendid panoramic position from which the view extends to Mount Amiata. Guest access Guests have full use of the building, in particular a veranda overlooking the garden and the valley, offering a fantastic view. The garden and pool are at guests' complete disposal and exclusive use. For the months of March-April-May and October-November, any cost of home heating will be charged, which will be measured by a meter. Payment will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center. In addition, for the summer period, the air conditioner will be managed in this way, up to a daily consumption of €10 is included in the reservation, for the part exceeding this consumption, payment will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
