The space The INDEPENDENT apartment we have is on the ground floor, as part of the nineteenth-century rural courtyard called "Palazzina del Prete"; built inside the Colonic house, in front of the most noble Padronale house, and from this one separated by a beautiful Aia, it has a unique peculiarity: a circular nineteenth-century tower "protects" the south/west side. The apartment consists of a large living room/kitchen, two nice bedrooms, one, as used in the past, with communicating access, (see map) and a very particular circular bathroom inside the tower complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The renovations have been minimal and even today you can taste, in the large fireplace that dominates the room, in the large wooden beams that mark the floor, in the small windows protected by simple gratings, what should have been the life of some time ago. Outside under the arched porch, an equipped corner will allow you, in fine weather, to eat outdoors overlooking the courtyard while a large garden is available on the back for moments of authentic relaxation. Immersed in the green and quiet of the Veronese countryside, the apartment is suitable for a family looking for a comfortable solution both for the city (Verona can be reached by car in just 12 minutes) and for the lake (Lazise and Peschiera 15 minutes) but without the frenzy of mass tourism. It is also great for businessmen who after a hectic day, perhaps at the fair in Verona, come here to relax. Other things to note The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with gas stove, moka kettle, dishes and equipment. The two bedrooms in the apartment are tucked in, (step through the first to access the second) respecting the architecture of the house of the past.
