Old bourgeois villa from 1924, located in the countryside and surrounded by its 1 hectare park, located on the heights of the Ardèche center, near Valence (23 km) and close to the Drôme or the Eyrieu valley (20 minutes from Saint Peray). The space This summer house (no heating) can accommodate up to 12 or 15 people with its 7 large bedrooms, its large living-dining room, its veranda (summer living room), a TV room, a large kitchen, two toilets and two bathrooms . Ideal place for groups and families looking for calm, nature, simplicity, authenticity. This old family house, which we care about a lot, has kept its period character and charm, tranquility assured. On the other hand, you will enjoy its magnificent linden trees and shade, the pétanque court, the swing, the ping pong table, the barbecue ... Ideal place for walks or cycling, you are a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and its amenities, its lake or its famous glacier…! weekly booking only during the months of July and August. * As for sleeping arrangements, you will find duvets and pillows , we can provide linens but a surcharge of 10 euros per bed is to be provided including: Duvet cover /fitted sheet/ pillowcases for each bed For stays of less than 7 days, we ask that you bring your own bed linen. * a deposit check of 300 euros will be requested before your arrival and returned after your departure (between one and two weeks). * Housekeeping fees include the provision of cleaning products. We ask that you leave the house clean and tidy (vacuum in the house as well as mop the kitchen and hallway on the ground floor). A complete cleaning is carried out between each stay.
