Casa Luna is a traditional white spanish village house with a 21 sq m shared pool 🏊‍♀️ & BBQ ♨️ facilities shared with Casa Mundo & Casa Sol. This 1 bedroom house full of character with a wooden ceiling has its own kitchen & a living room with sofa bed, high speed free 🆓 Wi-Fi 📶, Netflix, local TV 📺, boardgames 🎲 & DVD 🎥 in various languages. ❄️Aircon & 🌡️ heating It can host up to 2 adults and 2 children (on a sofa bed). The pool 🏊‍♀️ is closed until April 1st. The space GROUND FLOOR: - a bedroom with a double size bed with view on the front yard, ❄️aircon & 🌡️heating - A bathroom with a bathtub with above shower, a sink, a toilet & 🌡️heating TOP FLOOR: - a well equipped kitchen with ❄️aircon & 🌡️heating - a living room with a sofa bed for children, Netflix & local TV📺, board games 🎲 & DVDs 🎥 in several languages overlooking the front yard. ❄️aircon & 🌡️heating - a balcony with a table & 4 chairs overlooking the front yard All linen and towels are provided! Guest access You have access to the whole house Casa Luna. You will share with Casa Sol y Casa Mundo the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ with the main terrace surrounding it, with outdoor furniture & a barbecue ♨️ (each house has its own grill) Other things to note COVIDfree - Extra Cleaning & disinfection measures are being applied to offer you a safe stay. In addition, you have a Hydroalcoholic gel dispenser 🧴 in the house. ⚠️🏠 HOUSE RULES When you book with us you agree with the following rules: 👉📝GUESTS: Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. 👉🚭SMOKING: No smoking in the house. 100 Euros fine / additional cleaning fee if detected during or after the stay. 👉🔇MUSIC/PARTIES: No loud noise, music or parties. Please respect your neighbours. Quite times are from 11pm to 7am. 👉🛋️FURNITURE: Please don’t move large furniture without asking. You can be hold responsible for the damage caused to the furniture & floor. 👉💔DAMAGE: Please report damage immediately. Any damage made to the property/furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to the booking platform. 👉🚯FOOD: Please don’t leave any food outside the fridge and clean your dishes right after your meals, as we are in a village and there is a possibility to attract ants and mice. We prefer them outside. 👉🏊‍♀️♨️POOL & BBQ: The use of the swimming pool & BBQ is at your own risk. You can ask to see tests about the water quality in the pool & you can see the chemicals (inserted to the water in order to maintain the color and quality) before using it. The pool hours are from 9am to 11pm. Please don’t leave your kids unattended at and in the pool. Please clean the BBQ after each usage so that the other guests can enjoy it after you. 👉🔌ELECTRICITY: Please do not unplug at any time the fridge and the wifi box. This might cause damage to the fridge and inconveniences for the other guests which are using the same wifi signal. 👉🕚CHECKOUT: Check-out is at 11am. 👉🗑️GARBAGE: Please be so kind and take out your trash bag to the next trash bin as you leave the house. Where? Turn 3 times left when you step outside the main gate approx. 110m away you will find a big trash container around the corner. 👉🔑KEYS: Costs to replace lost or damaged keys are 30 Euros per key.
