On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with open plan kitchen. Salon with Smart TV, chimnee, interior dining table and direct access to the terrace/garden/pool area. Beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. Separate toilet. Large terrace with exterior wooden dining table, chill-out corner, sun beds and spectacular sea views! Garden and pool area with private pool with slide, great for families with children. Separate BBQ area with built-in barbecue and stone table. This is the perfect villa for a relaxed holiday for various families! You can park various cars on the street right in front of the villa. There’s a small supermarket at 10min walking distance for daily bread & croissants. The center of town is a 5min drive, and the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles is also a short drive away. * Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age is 28. *Touristic license nr.
