21 square meter studio with 6 square meter loggia. It has 1 bunk bed (2 80 x 200 mattresses) and a 160 x 200 bench/bed, very comfortable. Perfect location for an enjoyable stay on "the fishermen's island". A petanque court, swimming pool, tennis court and playground for children are available. There are two free parking lots around the residence. The studio is non-smoking. The space The studio is on the third floor with an unobstructed view. An elevator is in operation. Guest access You can park along the street or in the 2 free parking lots. Check-in must be before 10:00 p.m. because after that, the secure front door code is deactivated. The code will be given to you by SMS Other things to note The residence is secured with an entry code almost everywhere. Due to Covid, remember to bring your sheets, pillowcases and towels. There are on site: duvets, pillows and a "pled". The sofa bed is 200 x 160 and the bunk beds are 80 x 200.
