DKZ is an up to 12 guests villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located in the country side of Marrakech, in a quiet area, the villa is only at 15 minutes from the Medina, 20 minutes from the modern city center and 30 minutes by car from the airport of Marrakech. The rent includes housekeeping and daily cleaning services. With its numerous amenities the Villa DKZ is a very nice family friendly house. The space DKZ is an absolutely stunning property. In the dining room, the decoration is well thought, all in warm hues, between modernity and family home feeling. The garden lounge is one of the best, very pleasant, perfect on warm evening on the edge of the pool... Guest access The villa is only rent in exclusivity, you will be the only one client during your stay. Men group are not allowed You can enjoy all the villa common parts and outdoors. The number of opened bedroom depends of the number of people (unless special demand) If you require more bedrooms, it is possible depending of the chosen villa. It can populates extra fee. Other things to note Included services: - Housekeeper Service (if you subscribe to meals formulas) - Conciergerie Service - Daily Cleaning of the common parts and bedrooms - Bed linen: Change each 3 days. (or upon request) - Towels: Change each 2 days. (or upon request) - Air-conditioning - Heating - Pet allowed (in a casual number) The pool cannot be heated. (if required) Deposit : the day of your arrival, your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number. Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee. External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
