The large, quiet, modern Art City Studio Kassel 2 (approx. 140 m²) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is close to the city center and not far from the exhibition areas of the Documenta with 2 south-facing balconies and a magnificent view over the Fulda meadows to Kassel's landmark, the Hercules and has, among other things, free parking and garages. The space The two south balconies impress with their view of the extensive Fulda apartment as well as the Hercules (Unesco World Heritage Site). With a table and chairs, they invite you to linger in the sun. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. In bedroom 1 is a double bed, 1 bunk bed and big closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. A double bed is also located in bedroom 3. There are 2 bathrooms with shower tub, sink and toilet in the apartment. The apartment also includes two south balconies overlooking Kassel and the Wilhelmshöhe mountain park with "Herkules" (Unesco World Heritage Site). The living room is equipped with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed, with flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. Furthermore, there is a very spacious dining area here. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a bistro table and two chairs. The two bathrooms each have a shower tray, washbasin and toilet.
