Looking for cozy, quiet, and conveniently located accommodation: don't hesitate, you've found it! The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached chalet. It is located on the slopes of St Gervais, next to the Ferme de Cupelin, 5 minutes from the cable cars. The accommodation is approximately 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a private terrace and a parking space right outside the entrance. The space We had it built in 2018 and the apartment is therefore new. The cottage is located in a small cul-de-sac, in a quiet area. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the St Gervais or La Princesse cable cars and reach the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area. Parking is easy at one of the large free car parks. In winter, access to the ski slopes is quick, and in summer, many hikes start nearby. If you want to discover the region, you can reach Chamonix and departures for the Mer de Glace, the Aiguille du Midi or the Vallée Blanche in about 30 minutes. With an area of 30 m², the apartment consists of a main room (living room with sofa bed and dining area), a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). A crib can be added to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, because even on vacation, you sometimes want to prepare your delicious meal! In summer or winter, you have access to a private terrace and garden (to have an aperitif after skiing or hiking!!). In the entrance to the chalet (shared with our accommodation), you can leave your coats and shoes. We also provide a ski locker for your equipment, or to store hiking boots, poles, etc. We live upstairs with our small family, but don't worry, we don't hear each other! My husband and I can provide you with information or advice about our beautiful region. Guest access The entrance is shared but the apartment is completely independent. Other things to note During this complicated health period, we disinfect the accommodation between each rental. We can easily respect the safety distances, only the entrance is common but it is rare that we meet!
