Private room with double bed available in lovely clean flat share with free wifi, located above coffee drinks vendor (discounted coffee for guests) in the heart of popular student area, with many amenities and free street parking. Perfect for short-term stay, close proximity to Hyde Park Cinema and walkable distance to University, LGI, Headingley Stadium, ITV studios and City Centre. Also near to cycle hire, bus stops and Burley Park train station with services running to Harrogate and York. The space The spacious living room space gives our guests a peaceful space to unwind and relax, you can order freshly ground coffee drink from the grab and go service on the ground floor (discounted for our guests). Our bedrooms are a decent size, each have double bed, set of drawers, clothes hanging space/wardrobe, desk & chair and are located on the top floor offering added privacy to the staying guest. The shared kitchen comes equipped with washing machine (no dryer, clothes drying rack provided), under counter fridge freezer, electric oven with grill, electric cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle - kitchen utensils and cutlery are provided. The bathroom is with toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle. Guest access Guest will have access to the property from the ground level rear entrance. Parking is free on all neighbouring streets. Bus stop and train station in close vicinity. During your stay You will share lounge area, kitchen space and bathroom with staying guests. I am also available via what's app during the stay, and will attend to urgent matters personally if available to do so. Other things to note The entrance to the flat is from the ground floor this area is a quiet shared corridor with the host & staff members ONLY (mainly business hours) to the rear main entrance. We kindly request any guest staying to be mindful of their noise levels. Also, 10% discount available to our staying guest for any coffee drinks purchases, orders can be taken from ground floor private entrance area during business opening hours 😉 * The host requests upload of Passport ID for the staying guest after booking confirmation, this allows the host to identify guests on arrival and ensures correct person is staying in order not to compromise the booking contract and for safety of other staying guests. * Any items or luggage which are deemed excessive can be placed in a locked hold at the property for which there is an additional charge - check with the host. Alternatively you will need to find a storage location for your items, especially if you are between moves.
