Welcome to our home! Our 18-square-meter Studio is located on our property and has its own independent entrance. Perfectly suited for business trips and/or for travelers visiting our beautiful city of Annecy, we will do everything to make you feel at home. Located 10 minutes from Lake Annecy by bike, you are close to the city center while enjoying a rural and green setting. The space 18 m2 studio composed of a main living room with a sofa bed and fitted kitchen as well as a separate shower room. The studio is located on our property and you have a parking space and independent access. Our main residence is located upstairs. Guest access Your studio is private. An outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs allows you to enjoy the great outdoors on sunny days. From Annecy train station, to access our accommodation, you have to take bus No. 2 towards Seynod and get off at the Goleme Malaz stop. You are about 12 minutes by bus from the train station. From the bus stop, the house is about a 5-minute walk. Other things to note We have two children aged 7 and 9. We like to host and often have family or friends passing through. We will make every effort to respect your peace and quiet, but we prefer to warn guests looking for a haven of peace and quiet to opt for a rental other than our Studio.
