Contemporary cottage for 1 to 4 people (2 adults max and 2 children max) located in a wooded estate of 2 hectares 10 min from Poitiers and Futuroscope: Domaine des Tilleuls. The cottage is 32m2 and is ideal for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 children. 1 queen bed of 160, 2 bunk beds of 90, private terrace (garden furniture). Fully equipped kitchenette. TV. Outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid May to mid September. Shared Jacuzzi. Soccer field. Petanque. Trampoline The space Contemporary gite of the Marronnier, located at the Domaine des Tilleuls with pool view. The cottage is 32 m2, ideal for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children. An entrance, a bathroom with shower and vanity unit, hairdryer, separate toilet, 2 bunk beds of 90 cm with reading light, a large room with a large bed of 160 cm, a closet, a fully equipped kitchen area, sink, dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, hood, microwave/multifunction oven, a television, a table and 4 chairs, a large bay window with electric roller shutter overlooking a private terrace and garden furniture. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay. Possibility of a cleaning fee of €30 (excluding kitchen area). Our cottage is rented without linens or towels. Possible rental of linens, sheets €15 for the double bed, €10 for a single bed, towel €3. Bed made on arrival: €5/bed. Other things to note The pool and hot tub are shared with the other cottages. With your rental, you have one 30-minute jacuzzi session per day (you can do additional jacuzzi sessions at the rate of €10/30 min). When it's your jacuzzi session, it's just you in the jacuzzi. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is heated. Jacuzzi and pool are open from 10am to 8pm. On the estate, there is also a soccer field, badminton court, ping pong table, trampoline, slackline, and petanque court.
