Private room/PRIVATE entrance/ PRIVATE attached bathroom. Located in the Water Hill Dist. 1.5 miles to Central campus, less than a mile to downtown, 1.8 miles to the stadium. Our household is LOUD with kids, & a cat. If noise bothers, you this is NOT the right place for you. No kitchen but there are a Mini fridge/microwave/kettle in room. No access to the rest of the house. Laundry available upon request. Disclosure: Sidings on the house are being installed; however, it doesn't affect your room. The space Fresh sheets GUARANTEED. Your private entrance is on the north side of the house and your private bathroom is attached to your bedroom. Since you have your own entrance it's very likely that you won't see me during your stay but if you need anything I'm here. Your room has a very spacious walk- in closet where I store your extra towels and blankets. The house also has a fire sprinkler system for extra safety. We have kids. If you mind the noise please don't book. The room has a comfortable queen size bed, we can put a folding mattress on the floor for the 3rd person. Guest access Since you have your private entrance, you may check in at any time starting at 4 pm. Check in late is NOT a problem. Other things to note Nonsmokers only. Please do not smoke anything inside or on the property. The neighborhood is very pedestrian friendly, if you need to smoke, please take a walk around our beautiful neighborhood.
