Single bedroom near public transport in dublin 16

I live in an area that is very central to everything. but not in the city. I am a 10 approx to the luas that takes 16 minutes to get into the city centre. Dundrum shopping centre is 5 minutes walk which also has restaurants and a cinema. There is a beautiful park near by. The Beacon hospital and Vincent's hospital are also close, The IMI Institute in Sandyford is a 15 walk away During your stay I like socialising chatting and interacting with other people.
