Car parking available in basement car park. Roof terrace is spacious but may be out of action from March 2026 due to roofing works. Your bedroom has a good size double bed overlooking the communal Quadrangle courtyard. You have exclusive access to your own bathroom/shower room on the same floor. There is fibre optic high speed wifi. You have exclusive use of the whole apartment space. Maximum of two guests, though extra guests negotiable. Please note that there is an occasional dog visitor to the premises while I prepare the apartment, for anyone with really serious pet allergy issues. In event of hearing a fire alarm, please be aware that false alarms in a 230 apartment building are very common. A burnt piece of toast can set off the system but the concierge normally cancels and resets the system after a minute or two. If the alarm sounds continuously for more than for fifteen minutes, it is wise to evacuate using the stairs at the end of the corridor near the lift/elevator.
