Luxury Retreat: Ocean views & direct beach access

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children). The space This unique and much loved family home has been in our family for 4 generations. Spectacularly renovated with Eucalyptus timber from my father's farm in the hinterland, it has been crafted with love and designed to be our ultimate family getaway. For a perfect night's sleep all bedrooms have block out curtains or blinds and all manchester is French linen. Sheridan beach and bath towels are also provided. Upstairs: The large open plan living area opens out onto a large outdoor deck space with spectacular views over the ocean, pool and nature reserve. The living area includes a gourmet kitchen, natural stone island benchtop, massive slab dining table with all new kitchen appliances. Relax on the Natuzzi couches, staring out over the sea, warm yourself by the fireplace or tuck yourself (or the children) away in the TV snug (with Netflix and internet TV). Upstairs bedrooms (sleeps 8): Master bedroom: with ensuite, king sized four poster bed and built in wardrobes with balcony access. Bedroom 2: with queen sized bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3: children's room with 2 bunk beds (all king single) and built in wardrobes. (All bedrooms have block out blinds or curtains) Downstairs: Has its own small kitchen (with cooktop, oven, dishwasher and fridge), living area with fireplace, bathroom and sliding doors that allow for easy access to the outdoor patio areas, pool and beach. Downstairs bedrooms: Bedroom 4: with queen sized bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 5: with queen sized bed and built in wardrobes, with large sliding doors to private patio. (All bedrooms have block out blinds or curtains) Downstairs area also includes a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a garage available (for one car, please note we usually have a car parked in the garage too) and plenty of driveway space for additional car parking. Also outside is the fire pit and outdoor bath overlooking the reserve and planted-out semi tropical gardens. Guest access The house is yours while you stay, there are no areas unavailable to guests however we do have our car parked in one of the undercover garage spaces.
