Welcome to our spacious 30 m² 1 bedroom in the heart of the historic center! This apartment is located on a small quiet street in the pedestrian area, close to tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and public transportation. Renovated in October 2018 and February 2020, the apartment consists of an entrance, a large living room with high quality bedding, a real separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The space For your safety, during Covid19, we are committed to following a very strict cleaning and disinfection protocol between each guest, as per AirBnB guidelines. The apartment, facing south, is on the second floor. It is serviced by an elevator. No worries in winter: it is well insulated and the heaters are efficient. It is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet (free Wi-Fi and ethernet) and a 32-inch flat-screen smart TV. The bed measures 140 x 200 cm. Linens are provided. The main room has a huge built-in closet with wardrobe and hangers to store all your belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, fridge, kettle, electric mixer and Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes as well as many dishes and utensils are available. You will also find the basic products for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) as well as tea and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub with shower and shower screen, hair dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. There is also soap and shampoo. Linens and towels are provided.
