Our quaint family home is a perfect blend of convenience and comfort, situated halfway between the city's uptown, downtown and airport. Enjoy some rest and relaxation as we are only 2mins walk to the main barangay road, catch PUJs or nearby local stores. 5-10 minutes away from fast food chains, beaches, waterpark and mall. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or a quick stopover, our space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with everything you need to feel at home. The space Whether you're exploring the local area, enjoying quality time together, or simply unwinding after a day of adventures, our property provides the perfect backdrop for lasting memories. Located in one of the first subdivisions in this area, you’ll enjoy a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding after a busy day. SLEEP: 1 bedroom sleeps 5 comfortably and 1 bathroom (w/ hot and cold shower and bidet) EAT. Fully-Equipped Indoor and Outdoor Kitchen: Prepare homemade meals complete with all the essential appliances and utensils. RELAX:Take a breath of fresh air in our front patio. If the weather permits, you can lounge outside by our Tambis/Macopa (Watery Rose Apple) Tree. It bears fruit almost all year round so never miss the opportunity to eat one if you see one! LOCATION. Situated just minutes from shopping, dining, and tourist spots, our property also offers easy access to nearby highways for those wanting to explore further. NO PARKING available within the property. However, you are more than welcome to park in the basketball court or around the chapel area where also most of the homeowners park their car ( 2 mins walk to the property) Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire home during their stay.
