The space The house is located in Alta Versilia, at the foot of the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, the mountains of Tuscany overlooking the sea. THE HOUSE It has a great view of the mountains. It is an old stone house dating back to the early '900, expanded in the sixties and renovated in 2010. The rooms are on one floor and consist of a kitchen-dining room, entrance hall, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is exposed to the south and is sunny throughout the day. It is accessed from a terrace that has a staircase leading directly to the parking pot. It can accommodate up to 6 people; it has: a double bed, two single beds, a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is 100 sqm and is characterized by open spaces, particularly the dining-kitchen, entrance and living room which is decorated with a beautiful stone arch and a typical fireplace. The master bedroom has its own bathroom inside. All rooms are well served and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with mini-freezer. The 7 windows overlooking the valley are equipped with mosquito nets. Guest access The apartment has entrance from the terrace and is entirely at guests' disposal. The exclusive parking is next to the house. The garden is for exclusive use for guests. Other things to note The house has a garden for exclusive use, next to a lovely and ancient stone cottage. Just minutes from the sea you can enjoy calm, tranquility and rest, surrounded by the relaxing green of the mountain landscape.
