Great getaway

Welcome to our slice of coastal kiwi living. The house is located in a lovely small village of Waiwera with its beautiful beach and ideal location. Relax down on the beach or take a trip to some of the amazing places nearby. More information It is only 200 metres to the Waiwera beach and estuary and 5 minutes to Orewa and the cafes and bars. About 2 minutes walk from the house is also a cafe/bar and small diary which makes great ice creams!!! The space The house is modern throughout with one very large bedroom with queen bed and all linen and towels are if good quality from Sheridan. A modern kitchen which is open plan with the spacious lounge with a pull out sofa bed. The bathroom is also modern and can be accessed off both the lounge and bedroom meaning it can be used by all guests sleeping in either room. There is private deck area out the front which includes outdoor lighting to relax in the evening. The lounge contains an android TV which is connected to the free Wifi with no data limits. There are also board games in the laundry to pass the time in the evenings or rainy days. For your convenience the kitchen has everything you should require. There is also a laundry that can be used whenever required. The house overlooks Waiwera pools and receives all day sun. All furnishings are modern and new making it a very comfortable place to relax. The house is located downstairs of a two story house. There is a three bedroom unit sleeping 6 people available upstairs if required. Other things to note Please be as quiet as possible after 10pm.
