Smaller house (30m2) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (for guests 13 to 15th). Big pool (12*5m) amid a luxurious garden of 3000m2. Heated in winter. Full-day sun pool deck. Veranda facing west, outdoor kitchen facing south. Many terrasses, plenty of space for fun or farniente, alone or in group. Parking 6 cars. Wifi. The space Perfect place for family and friends for pool activities or farniente as the house offers big settings for the entire group and, at the same time, small settings for solo or duet activities. The bedrooms are big enough to be used during the day and there are plenty of cosy corners to evade the group. The house is charmingly decorated with high quality furniture and decor to make you feel at home in a 4* hotel. Guest access Gps location and driving instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Taxi to and from the airport can be arranged for 15€. Car rental for 5 persons starting at 30€ per day. Other things to note 1 - Mandatory service fee of 200 dirhams per day for 5h of service by 2 employees (laddy for breakfast, cleaning, cooking, laundry, and gent for garden and pool) to be paid in cash to the laddy every day. 2 - There are two houses on site to accommodate a total of 15 people in 6 bedrooms. The price depends on both the number of people and the number of rooms opened. Form 6 to 11 people, the big house only is opened and there are 4 bedrooms to share. If you want 2 more rooms to be opened, you need to book for 15 people and the 2 additional bedrooms in the small house will be opened.
