Very private, newly refurbished, one bedroom cottage at friendly Ohawe Beach - a great place to unwind and relax. Five minute walk to the beach which is great for surfing, fishing, swimming, poking around in rock pools or just walking (it’s dog friendly too). Safe water hole for swimming in nearby Waingongoro River. Ohawe is just a 7 minute drive from Hawera for shopping, eating out, cafes, museum, parks and gardens. Easy access to Mount Taranaki for walking and cycling tracks, Dawson Falls, Surf Highway 45 and just an hour away from New Plymouth. This cottage has everything you need including a comfortable double bed, Smart TV, DVD player, BBQ, washing machine and new shower. Has a private garden, deck, plenty of parking space and located on a quiet road. DOGS ALLOWED ON REQUEST (please advise what breed of dog/s and how many - there is a small $10 fee per night for dogs). The property has a fully fenced garden. Please read the full description carefully, for instance; the fridge does not have a freezer compartment and there is no oven. UPDATE: We now have a desktop ice maker and an Air Fryer at the cottage.
