House by the river
Description
In the heart of the Galeizon Valley, a real green setting, come and recharge your batteries in our pretty house located by the river with direct access for wonderful hours of swimming. You can rest in our garden in the shade of oaks and acacias and enjoy the games at your disposal: petanque court, tree house, ping pong table... The space Our 60 m2 house consists of: on the ground floor of a living room, American kitchen with dining area, equipped (oven, gas hob, everything necessary for cooking (dishes, pots and pans...), a sofa bed, a bathroom (small but functional) with shower, sink and toilet). upstairs: a first bedroom with 1 double bed of 140, large storage cabinet, and 1 second large bedroom equipped with 2 beds of 90, as well as a mezzanine with a bed of 140 (not suitable for children under 10 years old and people with mobility problems). a 2nd small bathroom (shower toilet and sink) a balcony with a view of the river. Access to the upper floor is either by an internal staircase (a little steep) or from the outside.) a lockable garage to store bicycles or other equipment. The house is air-conditioned Outside: large terrace, summer kitchen equipped with fridge, sink and plancha. Hammock deckchairs to relax in the garden. For children (or adults) a wooden hut is perched at the bottom of the garden, with a large slide and some toys left available). Pétanque court, ping-pong table (paddles and balls available). We also provide you with a small organic vegetable garden in which you can help yourself (tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant peppers...) in exchange for a little watering! Guest access You will have access to the entire property, parking is inside the property in the immediate vicinity of the house. Fenced property and access to the river, safe for children. Other things to note There is no television, internet (no wifi) or landline The rental is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility: stairs between the parking lot and the house, stairs in the house, land not accessible by wheelchair. Access to the river is also a bit rough (rocks) but quite passable with good water shoes or sneakers (no stilettos!). Access to the river is private, but not the river, so you will have to share your swimming area with other people, but don't worry, there is room for everyone!
