This is a historical fashioned building in the heart of Budapest since 1884,which had a full restoration with panorama elevator and original architectures. The house and the flat both has an antique vintage design mixed with modern and renovated style in the heart of Budapest, where is easy to reach all of the historical sites,party sceenes or thermal baths, and WESTEND Shopping MALL, even by foot while it's a few blocks off from Andrássy Ave so you won t be bothered by the main street's noise. The house and the apartment both has an antique vintage design mixed with modern style to reach the new ages needs. The apartment has a renovation as well, with light therapy jakuzzi bath, high speed WIFI internet and TV with dozens of english channels. During the summer the flat always has a fine cool temperature byself, thanks to them wide old walls but AC fan is optional. One huge bedroom with king size bed, plus a smaller side room for 1 person. And if it's neccesary we can fit one more, the 4th person or kid with an extra mattress on the floor in the big room. - SMOKING is allowed ONLY OUTSIDE on the courtyard corridor with closed entrance door. - We provide 1 towel for each guest per one booking plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 kitchen towel. If you need extra towels for 5 EUR/towel please let us know before check in. The owner of the place use to work as a tour guide for years and he knows how to advise you the best wellness or thermal baths, museums and ancient places to see, eat the best food or have fun all around in the capital of Hungary. He is living 2 blocks away from the flat, so he is there to help your holiday trip or wishes. All of the famous places to visit are near by here at the central. If you choose us, you will feel like a winner. :) The building is completely certified for disabled people. No steps through and the elevator can fit a wheelchair. For a flat rate we provide transfer from and to the airport. Please let us know in time if needed. We have plenty parking places all the time around the house with a police security camera system. Guest access Extra guests charge: The flat is NOT a shared apartment with strangers and can accommodate maximum 4 guests, but doesn't mean you can bring anyone there after you booked. Same as in hotels the price is vary according to the number of guests you input before you start searching. Extra guests charge is 35€ per person per night, for more than two guests. Children charge: Any years old kid: 35€ per head per night So please only put adults during your booking for additional guests or expect the chargeback! Unauthorized guest(s) will cause a chargeback. Beddings and towels will be provided based on the no. of guests in the confirmed booking. Other things to note - Massage oil is not allowed to use in bed, couch, chairs or on carpet and any textile products or extra cleaning fee EU20 per stained item will be charged. - Hair colouring and curry is also not allowed in the flat. We use white towels and hair colors are unable to clean plus on the surface looks like stain from the toilet, so we have to throw them away. If you do your hair colour at home before you come is the best because any painted or damaged towel or item will cost you 25 EUR. Registration Details MA23427671
