On the second floor and distributed on an open floor of 50m, this apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker...). A comfortable sofa/bed in front of a TV (USB and HDMI inputs) and an original table perfect for working or eating meals complete this space, illuminated thanks to large windows. Large windows give the room the particular light of the city of Madrid. Next, the bedroom area with a curious layout that includes the bathroom, being able to create a single space or giving the possibility of dividing it. A double bed, built-in closets, and a great bathtub. Although ideal for two, this unique space can accommodate four people and also has high-speed WIFI. Forget about public transportation. Less than five minutes away you can visit the monumental Madrid de los Austrias with the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral or the Madrid Opera. Walking a little more, you can enjoy the Rastro market and the most traditional Madrid with the Plaza Mayor and the mythical Puerta del Sol. Crossing the Gran Vía, full of cinemas and musicals, you immediately find the neighborhoods of Malasaña and Chueca, known as the gay neighborhood, full of trendy shops, terraces, cafes and restaurants. And in a pleasant walk of less than ten minutes, crossing the peculiar neighborhood of Las Letras, you will arrive directly at the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
