This is a self catering home. Complete with swimming pool and luscious gardens complete with borehole (water supply) . Solar panels have also been included to ensure there is continuous electricity, heat and hot water supply. There is no guarantee the pool will be functional as it also uses electricity. Fully functioning pool ensures outdoor areas are green all year round as well as Braii stand for BBQ's. You will have to supply your own firewood or charcoal for the braii stand. Four bedrooms can provide accommodation to up to 8 guests. Main Bedroom - Double bed with balcony and built in wardrobes. Bedroom Two- Two single beds and built in cupboard. Bedroom Three- Double bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom four- Is downstairs with a wardrobe. Bath & Shower provided upstairs with separate toilet. Downstairs cold shower and separate toilet. Extra bedding provided in winter time. Reception comprises of sofas, coffee table, television and separate dining room for six people. Kitchen contains- fridge, microwave, blender, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, plates cups and glasses provided. Iron and ironing board provided and laundry services can be provide via facilities manager. An additional 40" Television, tall fridge/freezer, basketball board and washing machine has been added to ensure comfort. Because there is poor provision for electricity in the country the following gadgets will only function when electricity is available. Electric cooker microwave,toaster blender, washing machine. There is no guarantee the pool will be functional as it also uses electricity. There is a two plate gas cooker or plate which guests can use for their cooking whilst the electricity is down. Guest access Guests will have access to fully functioning pool and braai stand. Private and well maintenance grounds as borehole is on property. On site facilities housekeeper to help with any issues who cleans property every three days during stay. Additional maid services can be provided at additional charge. Four bedrooms provide sleeping for 8 guests. All rooms have double beds apart from bedroom Two which has two single beds. Other things to note Facilities housekeeper Mercy resides at property to help with any queries. Due to the abuse of wifi by clients we no longer provide free wifi however guests can purchase wifi with help from Mercy. Any visitors will have to pay a charge depending on length of stay. $30 is maximum charge for constant use during their stay.
