Itty Bitty b&b

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy. The space We envisage our ideal guests will be people just needing a place to sleep rather than using it as long stay holiday accommodation although we can do longer bookings. Guest access Guest access is basically the flat it self and of course getting to and from it from the road Other things to note Air-conditioning has recently been installed and we would ask you to turn it off when not at home and keep the windows and doors closed if you are home and using the air-conditioning.
