Great for family vacation. The space The house is very nice, bright, beautiful spaces. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a summer living room and a summer kitchen that overlook the terrace. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The terrace is perfect, furnished with a summer lounge, teak tables and chairs to have your meals outdoors. An electric blind will protect you from the sun. Wood barbeque and gas plancha available. The terrace overlooks the garden with a view to the vast mosaic tile pool secured by an electric shutter. You will enjoy the sun on the 4 teak sunbathing, at your disposal around the pool. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with bath, a large kitchen, a living room, dining room and a south-facing terrace. Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, it overlooks the garden on the street side, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You will enjoy a bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed, a small sink with running water, a wardrobe and shelf to store your belongings. Possibility to add a crib and set an extra changing table. Bedroom 2: Upstairs, it overlooks the garden, two single beds for children/teenagers/young adults. Large closet to store your belongings. Bedroom 3: Upstairs, it also overlooks the garden. Other things to note In summer, we will spend at least once a week, after your agreement, for the maintenance of the pool. Bed linens and towels are provided. Cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the reservation.
