The space The main house and gardens are privately owned. The squirrel room sits to the side of the main house in it own small enclosed gated garden with parking space in front. The room consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom only. This is a room only let. Guest access Squirrel room and small garden it sits in. Main house and grounds are a private residence and can not be accessed. Other things to note Room only basis. No pets allowed.
