This holiday apartment has a large living room with a seating area/couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful balcony. There is also a large garden available. Parking is available directly at the house. Located in the middle of the Rosental and with a panoramic view of the southern Karawanks is the town of Köttmannsdorf. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The house is sunny and quiet and is located near the Keutschacher See, the Ferlacher Badesee and the Rauschelesee. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of Lake Keutschachersee. Ludmannsdorf (via Zedras) can also be easily reached on foot. The famous Wörthersee with its many lidos and the city of Klagenfurt can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The town center of Köttmansdorf is within walking distance. There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants.
