A. ), in relative proximity there is a city park, it is easy to get to the old and new promenade. A full set of transportation to any part of the city. STTU is within a walking distance, hospital named after Peacemaker (3rd Sovetskaya), close to the Saratov Regional Clinical Hospital(you can get there in 3 minutes without traffic) shops, cafes.
