The descent to the sea, and the ascent, respectively, is quite steep, we call it a "fitness track" - good for pumping the buttocks, strengthening the muscles of the back and abdomen. In wet weather, this trail can be slippery!!! and pose a risk of falling. Shoes with backs are required, open beach slippers can lead to serious injury! If you have joint or heart problems, this is not the place for you.
