Casa Fulvia - Bright and central apart in Sorrento

Bright and spacious flat located just a few steps from the historical city center of Sorrento. The apartment offers every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heat pump, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a washing machine. Casa Fulvia can accommodate up to 4 guests, with two comfortable bedrooms. In the neighborhood, guests will find all kinds of facilities and services, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The space Casa Fulvia is made up of a Entrance, a Living Room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with king-size bed, a twin room with two single beds, one large bathroom with shower box and one small bathroom with toilet. There is also balcony running all around the apartment. The space is extremely bright and renewed. The flat is endowed with A/C and fans in all rooms. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi covers all the apartment. The flat is located at the second floor. The place is unique for its location in the city center. It represents the perfect place for exploring the surroundings of Sorrento Paeninsula. Guest access Guests will have full-access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - Doors and windows are locked and secured (also balconies) - Lights and cookers are all turned off - All electric equipments are switched off - A/C are turned off (both in living room and in the twin room) - You bring keys with you ----------- A/C - Keep windows closed when A/C is working. This will help save energy and also get the house warm/cool faster! - Make sure the water tank that collect water from A/C never overflows. Before turning on A/C, please check the level of water in the tank. In summer the tank normally gets full very quickly so please make sure you empty it once a day. ------------ Heating and hot water - Sorrento is still using gas tanks in most apartments to deliver hot water and heating. Up to now, Casa Fulvia makes no exception. - In case you see that hot water is not flowing, do not panic and just make a call to Claudio who will come to Casa Fulvia and set everything for you. A manual switch from empty gas tank to full one is required. Please let Claudio doing it for you. ----------- Garbage & recycling - Sorrento has a strong commitment to recycling and there are some policies regarding garbage collection that we kindly ask you to follow. - In the house you will find three different kind of garbage bag (White, Black, Pink and Grey). Each one is dedicated to a different category of waste material. - There is a strict collecting schedule. We would really appreciate if you could just drop your waste bags in the collecting point after 9 PM on the right day. The collecting point is not indicated though a sign but it is near the litter bin just in front of the entrance gate of Casa Fulvia. Please refer to Claudio to arrange it. - One linen change per week included. ---------- Elevator - Elevator at Casa Fulvia is a bit old-fashioned! You will need 5 cents coin to make it work. Anyways, the apartment is located at the 2nd floor so you can easily use the stairs during your stay. ----------- Other rules of the house - Smoking is not allowed indoors.Only on the balconies. - Please keep quiet after 10pm. - No pets allowed inside. - Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. - Casa Fulvia is also our summer house and it could happen that we leave there some personal items. All of them are stored in a dedicated closet.
