Close to Tiverton Parkway station and the M5 with easy access to explore both north and south coasts. The space Its a quiet location in the countryside, with breath taking views. Its newly renovated within the detached house, but a shut door between this unit and the family home. Guest access It has parking right outside its own front door, to a self-contained unit (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a small lounge/diner/kitchen area), and a patio door from the lounge area onto the shared patio and garden. We would just ask guests to respect the use of the patio and garden with the family living there. Other things to note It does have a TV, but no Neflix/Amazon. It is no smoking anywhere on the property, not just inside. No pets allowed.
