Casa Viva breathes; it is a unique place built with natural materials such as larch and fir wood, straw and antique lime. The roofs are covered with grass, the windows are reclaimed, and the floor is antique terracotta. The property offers two guest houses with a total of eight rooms, in addition to the main house. A large courtyard adorned with the pink flowers of the Paulownia, a riding school, large lawns and a bio-pool complete the environment. At Casa Viva, you can connect with nature and rediscover yourself, away from the patterns of modern life, finding your living space where you can look far away. The space The "L'uliveto" and "La Paulonia" rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by climbing the stairs located in the center of the house. Both rooms face east, offering a view of the courtyard, the lawn, and the riding school. From the terrace, you can admire the sedum that decorates the roofs of the other houses, a succulent plant with a thousand colors that, together with straw, filters the air and ensures freshness in the room. The green roofs, decorated with sedum, act as a natural lung, ensuring a fresh and healthy environment. The "La Paulonia" room offers a view of the majestic Paulonia, which in the warmer months offers beautiful, very fragrant pink flowers. In addition, these rooms are the closest to "Leela", the bio-pool, a living pool that purifies itself thanks to the plants and the oxygenation of the water, promising a unique and regenerating experience after the first swim. Guest access You will have access to all the common spaces of Casa Viva: the garden, the courtyard and the bio-pool. During your stay We live in the house next to yours with our three children. Other things to note For breakfast, we offer you a choice of seasonal organic products from the garden or from small local producers. Near your room, you will find the pure water of "Leela", our biopool. This bio-pool is an ecosystem in balance with plants, water lilies and lotus flowers, and maybe a few dragonflies, a living pool that purifies itself only thanks to the plants and the oxygenation of the water. Leela means free movement, divine and creative play: you will understand why and love it immediately after taking the first bath. On our property, not far from your room, there is a riding school with 14 horses. We organize walks in the magnificent surrounding area and lessons for beginners and experts in English riding at the riding school arenas. We collaborate with local experts who organize excursions on Monte Baldo, also known as "Hortus Europae", and in the nature of the Molini Valley, a protected area of strong natural interest. In addition, we collaborate with local mountain guides who offer paragliding flights, canyoning excursions, trekking routes on Monte Baldo and climbing courses. We also organize food and wine tastings at the best wineries in the area.
