Host occupies the lower floor of the house with separate access. You get the entire first floor with all its rooms, spaces, amenities, and facilities. The space Noe Home is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a breathtaking view of the city and astonishing greenery. Designed by one of the best architects in Indonesia, this villa offers you an open space with great natural lighting, charm, comfort, and simpleness. It is located in the center of tourist attractions and cool destinations, such as Taman Hutan Raya, Dago Dreampark, Lawang Wangi, Tebing Keraton, well-known restaurants, and many more. It's just 15 minutes away from the iconic Dago Road. Families love staying at Noe Home due to the beautiful nature and city view from the big balcony and the windows. Other things to note 1. Airbnb is NOT A HOTEL, it is part of the sharing economy, so the rules and services are somewhat different than it is at hotels. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and DO NOT cause any major or superficial damages. 2. NO SMOKING inside the house, however you are allowed to smoke on the balcony or outside the house. 3. NO house parties, yelling or loud music please. 4. Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED. 5. As we are Muslims, we do not condone adultery and other disrespectful activities outside marriage. 6.
