Fantastic views! Walk to beach! Pambula Beach house is perfect getaway for couples or a couple of families. Backing onto the Ben Boyd National Park there are panoramic views from sunrise to sunset. North facing aspect fills the house with light year-round and perfectly oriented to capture sea breezes in summer. Kangaroos visit at dusk with abundant birdlife throughout the day. Large, fenced rear yard for the kids to run...or maybe park a small boat. Renovated October 2020. The space The main upstairs area has 3 bedrooms and can sleep upto 6 (King, Queen and Double beds). Kitchen area has a breakfast bar for 3 and is stocked with your kitchen essentials (including an air fryer - yeah!) Dining table seats 8. Front balcony comfortably hosts 4-6 (for morning coffee or sunset drinks). Rear patio with 6 burner BBQ . (Please note downstairs Rumpus room option with 4 king singles beds (2x Bunks) is available. Please see separate listing. Guest access Upstairs is open to our guests except for the locked pantry (above the stairs) which the caretaker uses to keep their supplies. Downstairs area (Rumpus room/4 beds) is locked unless booked. Garage area is locked and inaccessible. Other things to note Maximum 6 guests (upstairs). House can sleep 10 with optional rumpus/bunk room (please see separate listing). This downstairs area is normally locked so if required please request so we can arrange access and linen.
