Parent gaurantor required for reservation 15 minute walk to either front or back beaches. 5-10 minutes drive to Hot Springs, great golf courses, wineries, cafes, restaurants and the local shops The space Features: -newly installed heated swimming pool perfect for winter swimming. -large sunny north-facing tiered deck with bbq and outdoor dining area. -open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with large bifold doors that open out to the deck. -large flat lawn area, great for kids games -second south-facing deck which catches the evening sun. -High ceilings with original exposed beams -well equipped galley kitchen. -feature vintage fireplace with limestone stonework, great for the colder nights. -Polished Tasmanian oak original floorboards from the 70's throughout the house -great vintage vinyl collection, featuring lots of 70s and 80s rock, new wave, alternative, pop and some newer stuff too. -huge DVD collection with kids classics, and lots of, 80s & 90s comedies, sci-fi, horror Arthouse and cult favourites. Guest access Guest will have car parking available in drive way for two medium size cars and two medium size cars in the front garden. There is no on street parking available. It is illegal to park on nature strips across Australia and fines can occur. Keys will be found in a key lock upon arrival. Check in details will be sent just prior to your arrival date. Other things to note Fire place: wood fire is not provided however can be purchased at a close by petrol station. Large vintage vinyl record collection of 60s,70s,80s new wave, pop, punk, rock and some classical too. Also a large collection of dvds, classics, westerns, art house, cult movies, horror, 80s and 90s comedy,rom-coms & plenty of kids classics & modern movies too. We have outdoor security cameras. Front yard and side path to ensure saftey and compliance. No pets unfortunately unless authorised
