Villa Beloussi, Kypseli, Zakynthos

The Villa Beloussi is the ideal place for quiet and relaxing holiday for couples, groups and families with children. Located in Kypseli, a traditional village on the north east coast of Zakynthos, the house is about 1km from the thick sand beach, 10 km from the town of Zaykynthos, and 12 km from the international airport. You will need a means of transport (car or motorbike) or taxi. The house is nestled in variety of big fruit trees -- please pick the fruits only as needed. The space Villa Beloussi in Kypseli Village, is an independent traditional two-story house of 95sqm, with a yard and fruit trees on a lot of 400sqm. It would accommodate to 7 adults comfortably. We did a gut renovation in 2022 to the first floor to lift the roof and converted the big space to two bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a nicely furnished living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a bedroom facing the yard with a separate entrance. Internal wooden staircase would bring you to the upper floor which consists of two bedrooms as following: One large bedroom, with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe , large terrace overlooking the village plain and perimeter windows overlooking the village and the sea, and has a 32΄ flat screen TV and brand new AC. One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, windows with a view of old village church and the sea, and has a brand new AC. On the ground floor in addition to an independent entrance is the third bedroom with a double bed, window overlooking the courtyard flowers, and an AC Guest access Enjoy for yourself the green yard of the house that has flowers, laurels, pears, and an orchard with banana, lemon, orange, pomegranate and other fruits/flowers.
