Contemporary Studio with Mezzanine Bedroom. December 23rd to 26th is a 3 night minimum stay. A recently converted, stylish, bright and contemporary studio, offering an open plan living space- a perfect combination of a peaceful retreat and a base to escape and explore, with parking. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach at Talland Bay and the coastal path. Fresh milk, and some Cornish goodies, will be awaiting your arrival. Bedroom *4'6" bed with pocket sprung mattress. *Cotton bed linen. *Hypo allergenic bedding. *As accessed via a ladder, please be aware of any mobility issues. *Reduced height above the bed. *Ladder easily stored on wall when not in use. Shower room *All bathroom towels provided. *Fully tiled large power shower. *Basin and loo. *Heated towel rail. *Mirrored cabinet, full length mirror. *Complimentary toiletries including loo rolls provided. Garden *Separate garden for the Studio guests. *Dining table, chairs and umbrella. *Sun loungers. The Studio is attached to the owner’s property, located in a quiet rural setting, with fantastic views and next to the South West Coastal path. Circular walks are also available locally, and we are a short drive from the town of Looe, with its beach, numerous shops, bars, & restaurants. Talland Bay and the beautiful, old Cornish fishing village of Polperro are also close by. There's plenty to do nearby, whatever holiday pace you are looking for. Guest access I am happy to meet you on arrival, however if you prefer a self check in please let me know. The larder in the kitchen has a range of teas, coffees, & condiments. Please feel free to use during your stay. There will be milk in the fridge on your arrival. There is a separate garden for Studio guests with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. Other things to note The Studio has it's own private entrance. Extra guests are not allowed.
