Recently renovated two-room apartment (September 2020) located in Cassano D 'ada, central area, near Pedersini pastry shop. The apartment is located in a very quiet courtyard, ideal for those who do smart work or simply want to relax when they come home. It consists of a living area with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine with welcome pod kit, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. The space It's on the first floor. Parking is easy in the courtyard and nearby streets. We require € 200 as a security deposit at check-in, which will be returned at check-out if there is no damage to the apartment and if it is left in a decent clean condition. Other things to note For long stays I recommend taking advantage of our extra cleaning service at a cost of € 30 every 7 days. Otherwise, if the guest decides to take care of it independently, they will have everything they need to do so and at the time of check-out it will be my responsibility to check the conditions of the apartment and then evaluate the full refund of the security deposit or withhold a part.
