A beautiful 4-bedroom home with a dining area, a Snooker table and a spacious living room featuring plush seating, a TV, and a curated collection of books that invite you to relax. The space Nestled on the tranquil Nandgaon beach, this exquisite home is a harmonious blend of elegance and nature. Accessible via the beach itself, with access depending on the tides. Surrounded by swaying coconut and palm trees, the property invites relaxation with hammocks gently cradled by the breeze. The manicured lawn is an idyllic setting for a charming high tea & fresh coconut water, while the deck overlooking the sea serves as the perfect spot for a sunrise breakfast, bathed in the soft hues of dawn. A gorgeous gazebo is designed for celebrating life’s intimate milestones, from anniversaries to birthdays with the warmth of a sunset and your favorite cocktails. Inside, the home features four elegantly appointed bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an attached dining area. A snooker table and a games room with board games promise endless fun for the young and young at heart. For those with a penchant for nostalgia, the home's collection of movie cassettes, books, and music CDs will take you back in time. This home is not just a retreat; it's a sanctuary where memories are made, perfectly complementing the pristine beauty of Nandgaon Beach - a secluded, golden-sand beach known for its pristine sands, clear calm waters, and coconut trees. Driving vehicles on the beach is strictly prohibited. The local authorities can take strict actions and we will not intervene in the laws. We have 4 large rooms.  Driver and staff room and facilities are also available adjacent to the main house. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioners and ensuite bathrooms which all have hot water geysers. Cupboard/Drawer space is available as well as lockable safes and bedroom keys for your peace of mind. Bathrooms have towels/soap/shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper provided. The Living room has a large TV with Tata Sky HD, a CD/Tape/Radio/AUX connection for the surround sound music system (which is also set up to listen to music in the garden). There is a Wifi connection as well. We also have plenty of board games available, and a full size Billiards/Snooker table. There is a large dining table in the house to comfortably fit all guests, and should you wish to eat outside there are multiple additional dining tables on the patio and in the gazebo. We also have multiple lawn lounging areas and hammocks across the trees. If it is during the monsoon season you have plenty of entertainment to allow you a magical stay indoors, and the property becomes especially lush and enjoyable during this period as well. Due to the remote location of our bungalow, should you wish for anything specific (snacks, drinks, alcohol, medicines etc) our caretaker can go to get these for you at cost (+ Rs.100 pick-up fee per trip). The property is in a rural area of Maharashtra which still has the occasional power cut, however should a power cut occur during your stay, our on-site power will activate and can provide electricity for everything except the air conditioning units (fans, fridges, TV, lights will all still work). Power cuts usually do not last long, 10 minutes to a maximum of 2-3 hours, and the ceiling fans provide enough temperature control in the meantime. We have 2 friendly family dogs that permanently live on the property. They are not kept tied up, and are a total joy to spend time with, even with strangers. However if you’re not a dog person, and don’t want them hanging around you uninvited, you can let our caretaker know, and he will lead them away. Please do not feed the dogs anything at all! Sea Sparkle is located 58Kms from the Mandwa Jetty. - Meals are mandatory at this villa. Our in-house team curates a range of delicious, freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Since the villa is situated in a remote location with limited dining options nearby, enjoying all your meals here ensures the best culinary experience. We recommend pre-booking your meals at least 36–48 hours before check-in to help us serve you better. Tea and coffee are included with breakfast and high tea. If you’d like a cup outside of these times, we’re happy to arrange it at an additional charge. Guest access Guests may access all spaces pictured in the photographs.
