Surrounded by swaying coconut and palm trees 🌴, the villa features a lush lawn, a sea-facing deck, and a charming gazebo perfect for relaxed breakfasts, high tea evenings, or intimate celebrations. Beach access is directly through the shore and may vary depending on the tides, adding to the home’s unique coastal charm. ✨ Indoors, the villa offers 4 elegant bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and cosy entertainment spaces designed for easy family time and relaxed group stays. Thoughtful touches like books 📚, music 🎶, classic movie collections, and indoor games create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere throughout the home. 🛋️ Layout of the Home 🌿 Entry from the beach opens into a peaceful coconut grove with hammocks for relaxing under the trees. 🛋️ The main entrance leads into a dining area and a spacious living room with seating, a TV, and a curated collection of books. 🎱 A snooker table and a kids’ playroom with board games add to the indoor entertainment. 🛏️ One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor with step-free access for added convenience. ✨ The upper level houses 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. 🌅 The lawn extends into a sea-facing deck with seating and a gazebo, perfect for lounging, sunsets, or intimate gatherings. 🌊 Please note: Access to the villa is via the beach, and vehicle entry may not be possible during high tide. Guest access Guests may access all spaces pictured in the photographs. Other things to note Guests will be charged a security deposit of Rs 5000/- per room. This is a 4 Bedroom villa. Sea Sparkle is located 58Kms from the Mandwa Jetty. Since the access to the home is from the beach, guests won't be able to take their vehicles during High Tides. Please connect with our supervisors for the tide timings. Security Deposit to be paid via UPI only. We do not accept credit cards. Refund will be done in 24hr from checkout. There is a cute Indie dog who does not cause trouble at all. If you are afraid of dogs, please let our caretakers know that they will ensure no interaction occurs during the stay. This home does not have a swimming pool. We do not have accommodation for drivers. Outside food is not allowed. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Please use the outdoors and ashtrays at all times when smoking. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
