We're delighted to entertain queries PRIOR booking. 🙏🤗 Our place is more of a beach house property only where you can get to relax and bond with your family, prepare your own food, etc. This is not a like 5 star hotel/resort. No restaurant inside the property. 🙏💙 📍Pacifico Azul DIVE Resort is located in Anilao Mabini Batangas. This property is sitting right in front of the beach composed of four (4) listings only which makes the area less crowded. 🌞Seaholic House - Beach Front 🌞Nipa House - Beach Front 🌞Small Villa - Upper Area 🌞Nipa Room - Upper Area NIPA ROOM is our smallest beach house/room amongst others. This is designed for small family/friends where you can enjoy and experience utmost serenity of the beach. 💙 This is located at the upper area of the property around 20 steps away from the beach. You would be able to see the entirety of the place from above. 🌊⛱️ WHAT TO EXPECT: ‼️Photos provided are all accurate as possible. Kindly check our photos section. ✔️One (1) Airconditioned Room with own Toilet and Bath inside - Hot and Cold Shower available. ✔️Has a fresh and clean beddings and towels. ‼️Kindly bring own toiletries such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. ✔️Multiple open showers in the ground floor for washing before and especially after going to the beach to remove pebbles/sands. ✔️You have your own kitchen with basic amenities such as large ice cooler/coleman, stove, griller (charcoal provided by guests), cookwares and utensils. ‼️Kindly bring own dishwashing soap and sponge. ✔️Small Dining located outside the room. ✔️With large hammocks near the room. ✔️With One (1) Smart TV inside the room for Netflix and Youtube. ‼️Please be reminded, noise curfew until 10pm only as per barangay ordinance. ✔️Free Wi-Fi. ✔️Free Mineral Water. ✔️No Corkage for Food and Drinks. ✔️Pet friendly. Please be aware we have our own Three (3) Chihuahua pets to welcome when you arrive. 🐶🐕 ‼️Pay parking per car per night located beside barangay vicinity. Since this is a beach front property, parking is located along/near highway. You can drop off your stuff and rest of the crew at the ground to make it more convenient. Don't worry, you will be assisted by our friendly caretaker. 🤗 Guest access Anilao is known for one of the best scuba diving spots in the Philippines! 🌊 From live and colorful corals to different kinds of underwater species where you can see and explore by yourselves! 🐟🏖️ Safe for snorkeling as well especially for kids since it is gradually descending as you go further. 💯 Knowing that we are at Anilao beach, kindly expect that shoreline are mainly made up of rocks/pebbles, not with white sands. We maintan and make sure as much as we can the cleanliness and safetiness of our beach front in addition to efforts of the local government units. ‼️Please be reminded that beach is an open and public property. Always ensure your own safety especially our children. Wear proper safety gears such as aqua shoes, goggles and life vests AT ALL TIMES.
