The Striped Elephant offers Charming self catering accommodation. It is located in a central area with easy access to all main highways in Gauteng, both the N1 and R21 with only a mere 30 minutes’ drive to the OR Tambo airport. Our unique charm welcomes everyone and your comfort is our priority. Should you wish to bring your best friend or pet children along on the trip, we can avail the garden and ensure they too are welcomed during your stay. The space Rooms: Each Room has easy private access with an ensuite bathroom and a queen size bed with soft linen cleaned daily. The bathrooms have either a shower or a bath with clean towels provided for daily or as required. The rooms has a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and other News Channels, with free WiFi, as well as a smart desk to utilize for work purposes. Each room is also equipped with its own bar fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Guest access Dining Area: Should you wish to stay longer or prefer self catering, you will have free access to a communal kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery as well as cooking utensils. There is a stove and oven available as well as a barbeque area for a more local experience. The Dining area is also fully equipped with a coffee bar with filter coffee, flavoured water and cereals available free of charge daily. The loungers are comfortable and a comfortable place to rest while reading a book.
