Ideally located in a very quiet and well-served area (TRAM A/F 300 m: Bordeaux city center 10 min). At the end of the street you will find shops, restaurants, CHU etc. A lockbox allows you to be free of your arrival time. You're at home! Looking forward to welcoming you :) The space Studio completely renovated in 2021 on the ground floor of a 1930s Art Deco-style Bordeaux house. The place is peaceful with a nice garden in the back (shared garden). The studio has its own fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, dishes), a nice bathroom (towels available, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer) and toilet. The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (sheets provided), a connected TV (NETFLIX access) and a WIFI connection. Direct access to the garden allows you to enjoy this peaceful retreat in the city center, in the shade of our cherry tree. Access to the accommodation is independent of the house, and we have installed a keypad and a key box to offer you flexibility in your arrival times. You're at home! You will find shops, restaurants and transportation just down the street to make it easier to get around. Guest access The neighborhood is very well served. At the end of the street you will find: - TRAM A and F stop "Stade Chaban Delmas" (to the city center in 5/10 min - direct to Airport in 35 min) - BUS stop Line 9 (Direct Gare Saint Jean), Line H, and Bus 8, 20, 73 - Station V+ (self-service bicycles) Parking is free in the area. - CHU Pellegrin and Faculty of Medicine 300 m from the accommodation.
